MEET THE FOUNDER

In 1995, like many others, I fell into the insurance industry completely by accident and haven't looked back since! After spending 10 years in client service, I transitioned into operations in 2009. Since then, my focus has been on operational efficiency, implementing innovative technology solutions, and process improvement.

My journey began in my hometown of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands at a small independent agency. I then relocated to Atlanta, GA where I spent 10 years at one of the top brokerage firms which is where I got my first exposure to the insurance operations world. I was also fortunate to spend time at Applied Systems, an industry leader in agency management system solutions. This provided me with an opportunity to get an in depth knowledge of how utilizing the right technology plays in integral part in the success of an organization. Most recently, I served as the SVP of Operations at successful privately-held brokerage firm where I was able to apply the skills I've obtained over the past 30 years.

 

I've had the privilege of working with and learning from some of the best insurance industry professionals over the course of my career. And now I hope to share my knowledge and expertise to partner with insurance organizations to support them in optimizing their processes to achieve maximum efficiency. I'm confident I can help businesses to save time and increase productivity by creating streamlined and efficient processes. And we can have a little fun while we're at it.
